Buyers Anticipate a Continued Bullish Market in the 10th Annual Meating Demand Sale
The ancient Greek philosopher, Plato, is credited with saying, “necessity is the mother of invention.” Ten years ago,
the Meating Demand Bull Sale also began out of necessity. Today, the Meating Demand Sale offers our commercial cow-calf
customers an opportunity to select the same elite genetics in a slightly different age group ready to turn out and go to
work.
The high selling bull in the sale was Lot 26, GAR Logic. This 14-month-old son of HPCA Vision, a son of Home Town,
posted a special combination of calving ease, growth, marbling, muscle and value. William Herring, 111 Farms, Whigham,
Georgia, paid $51,000 to own this tremendous multi-trait bull.

Sellard, Bucklin, Kansas; Marisa Kleysteuber, K-Ranch & Triangle H, Garden City, Kansas; Whitney Hall, Hall Ranch, Loco,
Oklahoma; and Paige Nelson, Rigby, Idaho.
